Created as an homage to the craft of Neapolitan pizza-making, Bite of Pizza focuses on the textures, rhythms, and sounds of the process inside Berlin-based pizzeria Gazzo. Centering ingredients sourced from the surrounding region, the film approaches pizza-making as a tactile, almost ritualistic practice. Director Finn Waldherr connects with Australian head pizzaiolo Byron Walker to explore pizza as an art form beyond its Italian origins. The film was published by NOWNESS.
